Job Requirements/Key Responsibilities: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating or managing a betting shop.
  • Candidates must be energetic, creative, committed, self-dependent, a good team player, proficient at multi-tasking, and eager to take on challenges.
  • Ability to plan work and set priorities and effectively interact with employees.
  • Excellent time and people management skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Must be able to proactively develop ideas and initiatives.
  • Ability to take ownership and be accountable for issue resolution and general customer satisfaction.
  • Should handle compliance requirements.
  • Must be computer literate and have basic IT skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of betting systems and passion for sports.

Requirements  

* Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.

* Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting.

* Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.

* Strong financial system and business administration understanding

Qualifications

* Be qualified or pending final level  (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

* Have strong analytical skills supported by advanced Excel capabilities

* Proven financial acumen with strong month end skills

* Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level management.

* Strong academic background

* Attentive to detail

* Strong demonstrated use of Excel

* Knowledge of financial reporting

* 3-5 year working experience in similar position

* Experience in a food processing industry would be an added advantage

Salary:  Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
