She loves to work in challenging work environment and is committed towards her job.  She is always on the lookout for a positive and bigger outlook to meet her competencies, capabilities, skills and experience.  She is a motivated, organized and compassionate with diligence to discharge her duties as Human Resources Management.  She grew up in the Eastern side of Mahe, Seychelles and graduated in Secretarial Studies at the Seychelles Polytechnic. 

She has over 16 years working experience in the Human Resources field whereby she occupied various positions from Human Resources Officer to Director of Human Resources.  Her career in Human Resources started in the tourism Industry with a three star hotel and up to five star hotels.  She worked with a five star international chain hotel which is one of the largest in the Seychelles and then move to Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, a five star international chain hotel with over 125 hotels and resorts around the world. 

During her time with Four Seasons Resort Seychelles she described as the place where she gained most of her talented experience and was the only Seychellois on the Executive Planning Committee. 

After working for over five years with Four Seasons Resort Seychelles as Director of Human Resources she move out completed from tourism Industry before making the decision to join Doubleclick Group Seychelles as Group HR & Admin Manager to take up an exciting and new challenge.
